It appears there is a problem with both the banner at the top of the 888 lobby and with the daily spin, both come up as ERROR 503.

Do you know when this might be fixed?

Yes please fix this as soon as possible so that orsino can continue spinning for free cash and big fish tickets while the rest of us get blast freeroll tickets.

After Apple did a update on my Mac I can no longer play the down loaded version of 888 Poker. Tried reloading and nothing happens. I am playing the " instant play". The down load version is a lot nicer. Not to sure if there will be a fix?

I had problems with that, too ! Today everything worked ! I didn't check the mobile version but I think it works too .

Try reinstalling the poker client to see if thia updates your issues but save your notes first or else you will lose them.

yah the problem is solved. Though, I have already saved the URL of the spin which helped me to spin it when there was 503 error.

i was getting this all day yesterday too, no spin etc all back to normal but what threw me off was when i logged in i noticed i still had tickets that were currently in use that i used yesterday so something is going on just not quite sure what

I just wanted to play a set of 1 $ 9-man sit and goes. Now i see that 85c goes in the pool and 15c is the rake. Thats 17 % rake. Why is the rake in thise games so ridiculously high?

I finally managed to download the software and register a poker 888 account. Within minutes of logging in I was disconnected and my account disabled. I went though the FAQ, and nothing else I can do but contact customer service by email. I did that 16.5 hours ago. How long should it take to expect an answer? I suppose the supposedly free tickets will start expiring before I hear back?

Been trying to access the 888 poker shop to spend my points/see how much things are etc

but every time i attempt to log in it always says system is busy?
Has been happening for over 2 weeks...

I get this message on both my phone (Android) and Windows 10 PC. The App loads fine.

When I try to login on either I get the same message:


"Your account has been TEMPORARILY disabled. For immediate assistance......."


Still waiting to hear back from customer service , close to 2 days now.


It seems we have a different understanding of the meaning of the words "Temporarily" and "Customer Service".

Not very helpful.
