I had problems with that, too ! Today everything worked ! I didn't check the mobile version but I think it works too .

Inactive tickets in lobby

Hello, 888Rep! I see in lobby in section "Tickets" some inactive, although I played them a lot time ago. How I can solve this problem?

Signup links are all in Russian

You need to contact cardschat admin as they supply the links for this site.

Whatever the problem was it appears to have been fixed overnight and the spin came up this morning.

yah the problem is solved. Though, I have already saved the URL of the spin which helped me to spin it when there was 503 error.

i was getting this all day yesterday too, no spin etc all back to normal but what threw me off was when i logged in i noticed i still had tickets that were currently in use that i used yesterday so something is going on just not quite sure what

Hello 888 rep.

I just wanted to play a set of 1 $ 9-man sit and goes. Now i see that 85c goes in the pool and 15c is the rake. Thats 17 % rake. Why is the rake in thise games so ridiculously high?

Hi there, this morning I've noticed two 'millions superstorm freeroll' tickets on my account but they expire in ten hours and display no available tournaments. Have I missed these games? Thanks.

I finally managed to download the software and register a poker 888 account. Within minutes of logging in I was disconnected and my account disabled. I went though the FAQ, and nothing else I can do but contact customer service by email. I did that 16.5 hours ago. How long should it take to expect an answer? I suppose the supposedly free tickets will start expiring before I hear back?

Hello... is anyone there ???

I see the servers are working so maybe someone is there, or is it all just robots for the weekend?

Over 24 hours and not a peep from customer support (contacted twice, just in case) or here, it doesn't entice me to make a deposit, no matter how great the offer is. The proffered initial 8$ in tickets is already expiring.

I will follow up with them and this thread....

I get this message on both my phone (Android) and Windows 10 PC. The App loads fine.

When I try to login on either I get the same message:


"Your account has been TEMPORARILY disabled. For immediate assistance......."


Still waiting to hear back from customer service , close to 2 days now.


It seems we have a different understanding of the meaning of the words "Temporarily" and "Customer Service".

Not very helpful.
