The support is a joke.
I wrote to them and described the problem with the log file in detail.
Today I received an answer that has nothing to do with my request.

None of the play back buttons work on the Hand Replayer. (you cannot 'pause' it, back it up, move forward 1 frame/street, etc.).

So for using it as a tool to review one's game by taking screenshots of a couple streets (preflop, flop.. turn) it's not possible to do this. You can just watch it zip through the hand quickly and that's it. Why even have those buttons there on that table if none of them actually work?

They do work for me, which is weird that it does for some and not for others. But the Flop, Turn and River buttons don't work. Only the Arrow buttons, Stop and Pause work.

What is this 888 icon on the player name? It's not in the player image... how would you do this? Does this signify an 888 player? I asked support on the App and they were going to check it out, weeks ago. Is this a bot?

I agree with others its a a step in the right direction but we are not there just yet:

- i noticed u got rid of that annoying "beep beep" noise when time is running out and the timebank is about to start. Now its only a noise when its our turn. This is fine but i think we still need some noise to remember us a second time that its our turn. Something like the sound before but less annoying.

- give people the option to turn off avatars and/or let people upload their own avatar.

-give people the option to turn off winner animation

- there was a sitout bug when i was multitabling. Many playars would show as "sitout" were actually on the table and playing (myself for example). Annoying as hell. Please get rid of that bug asap.

- Give people the option to choose their seat on the table.

But that's not true!!!!!!!
I just restarted 888 and did not close another client!!!!!

What else can I do but wait the five minutes?
After the waiting time, I play a hand and all three tables freeze again.
The same game starts all over again, I close 888 and am again rewarded with a waiting time of 5 minutes during which I cannot do anything.
Of course with the wonderful pop-up that I have just closed a third-party client and am therefore blocked for 5 minutes.

This is definitely a mistake for which I hold 888 responsible, as I never closed a third-party client, but only had to restart the opened and played 888 client due to the difficulties described.

I think this crap only affects German players due to these stupid German regulations.

Perhaps one of my fellow countrymen has had the same experience.
And to prevent this from happening, my PC is extremely powerful and last generation.
If I play on Stars 4 tables, this never happens to me.

Maybe the rep can look into this problem.

In any case, I am extremely annoyed and am seriously considering whether I should even play tournaments on 888 anymore.
It's not the first time this has happened to me and especially when you have a deep run and the blinds and antes are high and the effective stakes are low, it's particularly painful.

Sorry for the long post but I had to get this out.

Wow! This sounds extremely frustrating! The 5min. cooldown period would in fact be doing the opposite of its intended purpose (ARGH!!!).

I too have been (had been) regularly experiencing the tournament tables freezing up on me and I'd need to close the site and re-open to get them going again. My computer isn't new & powerful like your's but it is more than sufficient for playing on 5 sites at a time, with 15+ tables running, along with PT4; while also watching a Twitch streamer; and having music playing from Youtube and having Facebook Messenger open. None of the other sites ever crash on me. I mentioned this to 888 support, they said 888 is crashing because I'm running too many programs at a time ... sigh

BUT... ever since the recent update, 888 has not crashed on me a single time (fingers crossed). I have experienced a few other quirks with it though
ie.
- I keep losing my player notes (I keep extensive notes & it is frustrating to see no prior tags on my tables even when I recognize some of the players and can recall how I had those ones tagged)
- Hand Replayer doesn't work properly
- bet slider has malfunctioned on me a few times. (ie. today when I went to 4Bet allin for 100bb, instead it just 'clicked it back' (made the min. re-raise size). Not cool

Here's hoping they continue their efforts to improve the poker site.

To open 888 on my PC I have to right click on my mouse and "run as administrator." If I try to open normally
nothing happens, this is a pain.

Good afternoon.888 .When I knew that 888 was going to stop operating in my country Peru,I asked the 888 support the information about how I could withdraw my money.They asked me to confirm my bank details in order to make the withdrawal manually.So, I did it.That was February 12.Their response was 4 days later thanking me for contacting them and confirming my bank details.They also said they had updated them on my gaming account and my future withdrawal would be process according to those details. However, that response was on February16th It is going to be almost 3 weeks and the money is not on my bank account yet.PokerStars stopped operating in my country almost at the same time and the withdrawal was fast and easy ...less than 2 minutes.I hope this can´t take any longer.My username is vaal028.Thanks in advance

I've tried everything in every way and until now you haven't made my payment, I've tried by transfer for more than a month and nothing has canceled it and now I'm trying for pix and more than weeks and so far nothing, if the person requests the withdrawal and why is this If you need it and are counting on that money, my account is verified and old, so what's the problem that my money hasn't gone in yet? My deposit method is pix and my withdrawal I requested via pix, so there's no reason for you not to have done the my payment and I want them to resolve it
