Good day. I have to contact you again. I have two problems, firstly, all bonuses in the form of tickets and wheels were blocked for me, secondly, last Friday I won a 5.50 ticket through a mini tournament for 0.50 cents, took first place, but the ticket was not credited to me. I wrote to the online support service, also by email, but nothing changed. I'll add screenshots from the story below.

I wrote to you here because you at least somehow help in solving problems. The customer service at this address is completely incompetent; Two days have passed with no response, simple problems cannot be resolved for months. I have been playing 888 poker for almost 10 years, but now I want to stop playing in your room because of this attitude towards the players, I am very disappointed

I realize they make it hard to withdraw on purpose but im being patient and jumping through the hoops. Going to Vegas at the end of the month and I need the ammo.

Hello @888Rep

If i make a withdraw while still having to playthrough a "bonus" from a player transfer, does that transfered money that was converted into a bonus also disappear from my account like other bonuses would?

I know other bonuses disappear but in this case the software does not give me the warning ("u will loose all bonuses if u intend to withdraw") when i try to withdraw.

If you can take credit for getting that ball rolling then thank you very much. It’s a start, it wasn’t helpful but it’s a start. They are requesting my ID. As I’ve stated , my ID has been uploaded, I cannot upload anything else as there is no option to do so. I have a passport, I have utilitie bills etc. Anyway, thank you.

Im like 80 percent sure it will not. Can u please confirm this with someone higher up? I dont get the message that i will loose it when i try to cash out. With other bonuses i get the warning message.

So you have access to information about my account then, you are not just a spokesperson.

So, please explain how I can upload another document. Can you not see I’ve already uploaded my drivers license? Is it not uncanny how the address on my current DL matches the address I entered when I opened this account many many years ago? What need would you have for a utility bill?

There is no option for me to upload anything else. Do you have a mailing address?

It would be great if you just mailed the address on file the total balance of the account made out of course to the name on file. Talking to chat bots that don’t read what I’ve written and keep sending me the link to the withdrawal page is getting very annoying.

Anyway, ‘ Christine ‘ the online help person, gave me a new emai to try, I sent my CC statement and got an auto reply saying that was being reviewed. So now I am crossing fingers. Too many automated systems, not enough yous! Thanks for the help excellent human.

What can I do if I cashed out many times till 888 support ask me another ID card before cashing out again as they reject now the only ID card I have ?

I have no access to your account but I send them over to the people who have so I suggest you reply to their emails they sent you instead of writing here.
We are obliged due to legal requirement due to fraud, money laundering etc to ask for updates of ID for players so I would suggest you just give them what they ask for to get it done quickly.
