I have not been playing much on your site since 2022, but your recent event of reintroducing SnGs for a weekend (which ended up being more like 5 days) made me deposit SEK 1.000 and play a bit. However since you did not continue offering the SnGs, and there are also that many other games running, I recided to withdraw the bulk of my balance, which was now SEK 1.300+. And this resulted in me receiving the following email from "Driftteamet"

Now first of all I did not send any documents, so its pretty weird to send an email thanking me for this ("Tack för att du skickade dokumenten"). Second this seem to be a machine generated translation into swedish, and its so extremely poor, that its not even clear, what you are actually asking for. "Kontouddragsproblem" would in english tranlate to "account statement problem", which makes no sense what so ever.

Then if I click on "Hjälpcenter", which is swedish for "help", the link is broken. And finally if I click on "Verifiera nu", which mean "verify now", I get send to this page, where I am asked to log in. However this page does not seem to have anything to do with 888 Poker, I have no idea, what my username or password would be, and there is no way to reset the password.

Moreover when I log on to the 888 Poker client, I can not find any section, where I can upload documents to verify my account. Which should also be completely unnessesary, since it was verified, when I opened it in 2020, and in Sweden we log on with a personal digital ID, which mean there is no question at all about our identity.

Finally the bank account, that I requested a withdrawal to, was already in your system and have been used for several withdrawals in 2020-2022. So even just for this reason its very unclear, why you would now suddenly need to see an account statement (bankutdrag)? And certainly this is anything but fast and simple (snabbt och enkelt), when you are asking people to log on to a site, where they have no way of knowing or changing their username or password, and when the link to the support page is broken. Please explain, what is going on here, and what I need to do to get my money back.

Small update to the post above. When I click on the "verify now" link, it now sends me to a site, that does say 888 Casino, and there is now an option to change password. However the change password feature recognize neither my phone number, my email or my poker site username, which is fundiver198. Whichever of those I type in, the reply is: "It seems that the data you’ve entered is incorrect. Please try again".

Both the email and the phone number are identical to those registered under "personal details" on my account. So I still have no way to log on to that site, where you ask me to upload documents. Which you still have no legitimate reason to ask for in the first place, since my account was already verified a long time ago, and I identify myself with swedish Bank-ID, every time I log on to your site.

Finally its still extremely unclear, what you are even asking for. Translated to english the text say "please help us complete these controls by sending a picture or copy of one of the following documents". But then follow a list of 5 things, neither of which are documents but specific information like the SWIFT-/BIC of my bank etc.

Its always cool with a promotion, but BLAST is a really poor game format. I just tried one for fun, and its a spin and go, which only give players 7,5BB to start with. I think, I folded 6 hands, got a walk and was all-in preflop one time, before I was out. For me and many others this is not even really poker. So why dont 888 Poker introduce some proper games instead?

You recently had a weekend, where you offered 6-man and Heads-Up SnGs giving players 75BB to start with. Make that a permanent offering. Or introduce On Demand SnGs like those on ACR Poker and PokerStars. Let the games begin, when 6 people have registered, and then 25 minutes / 5 blind levels of late registration.

888 used to be a good place to play poker. But now its largely an online casino, where people mainly come to play freerolls, and this is frankly rather sad. You need to do something to turn this around, and promoting your terrible BLAST games is not going to be the solution. Also is there an answer to the questions, I posted a week ago? I had a hard time installing the software and it did not recognize my name this is many years ago, cuz my Mac did not accept the 888poker software download on my Mac.
Then after downloading the software anyway, I chatted with them but I still got problems and ended up with this name Beaug430 and changed my original name to this one on CC site.
This name is sort of parts of my email. It seems like the Poker side does not recognize the Casino side.
And recently my 888poker has become Poker and I don't get to spin the wheel every day.

If there are problems u have to sort it out first with their support. U cant just open a new account to play as its not fair for ur opponents. Not only because they are unaware who u are, they also will indirectly lose money because they will lose to an account that later wont be able to cashout those winnings.

What is your original screenname u used before creating the Beaug430 account? I think similar to your forum name here no?

Im not aware of any pokerroom that lets u reopen ur account after opting for "indefinite self exclusion". There is also no minimum one year period before reactivation, thats why its called "indefinite". Not sure where u got that from 🤔

In Sweden we have a nationwide self exclusion system, which cover all the regulated gambling sites including 888 Poker and Casino.

And here we can choose between 10 days, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or "until further notice (minimum 12 month)". With the first 4 options the self exclusion will automatically end after the selected time, which is sometimes referred to as a "cool down period". But with the last option the player must actively ask for self exclusion to be ended, and they can do this no earlier than after 12 month.

This was 2016. When with the help of 888poker I kept on trying to get this account back it came out with Beaug430.
I just got tired of these people not being able to get my account going. So I used Beaug430.

The same with PokerStars I keep on reinstalling their software and they can't resolve the problem, for 20 years now.

And this account works for deposits and withdrawals? Im asking because it would be extremely non optimal for you and also for otger members here if u play in CC games and then later cant cashout.

Those issues u have are on your end. Both 888 and Pokerstars. Im playing on both and they work very well.

20 years lol. That's the very first time i hear something like this. You think their business would still run if that's a general problem?

Yeah it went in ur 888 account but are u really able to cashout so its in the end in ur bank account?

I would clear that up first because they might wont pay u because having multiple accounts is not allowed on their site no matter what reasonings u think might be valid. They will maybe confiscate winnings which would be unfair for other players who played against u on 888 in the cc games and lost against u.
