There is a huge error going after todays update for the mobile App.

When i make the update and close the app i get asked everytime to do the update again after opening the software. I now deleted the app but cant load it from your site, its not there and does not appear.

Please fix this asap

Access works now for me but i still cant download the app from the site. It just redirects me without downloading anything and i cant manually select to do it.

I am once again compelled to reach out to you: the matter is that I have not received a response to my letter regarding the submission of the bank statement to confirm my address, what was wrong with it, and I have not heard back from support either. I kindly ask you to share your opinion regarding this document, which I have been trying to submit for a long time to complete the verification process. Additionally, could you provide me with the email address for support, as I have the impression that my emails are not being sent (several attempts ended with Google notifying me of the inability to deliver my emails), or they are simply ignored and left unattended, especially since I have received emails several times to evaluate the quality of support work; isn't that strange? Support does not explain the reason for rejecting one document and insists on another, while the first guide, which outlines the required document package for verification, lists both. Moreover, when support sends a message, the representative should introduce themselves, and I have noticed that only in your room this is not done. I apologize for bothering you, but you have become the only possible channel of communication with support. Thank you for passing my words to support; I have received three emails from them, informing me once again that my document has been rejected. They also indicated that support through email has been discontinued and provided a link to Reddit. Unfortunately, my Reddit account is blocked, and attempting to open a conversation on the 888 account page also turned out to be a bad idea, as the text input window is positioned in such a way that the typed text is invisible.
I just wanted to explain to the department handling this matter regarding their comments on the document and its rejection. I intended to contact the bank and obtain a document that would meet the requirements. I am already getting the document from my bank app, which is Monobank, an online bank with no physical branches. The document is issued in PDF format, and I have to convert it to JPG, as indicated in the cash section where documents need to be uploaded. The document is real and authentic, has a stamp and the signature of an official, and the account status and all data are verified.
Believe me, if I had the opportunity to provide any other document that meets your requirements, I would have done so long ago and wouldn’t have troubled you or stressed myself. However, there is a war in my country, and I am a forced migrant who has lost everything: my home, my loved ones, and I left the occupied territory without any documents, some of which I have managed to recover over time in the controlled territory. Believe me, not everything has been successful, and it is difficult due to bureaucratic requirements.
I apologize once again for my persistence. You have seen that document; how can I prove that the document meets the requirements and is accepted everywhere? I do not know.

The new challenge does not show for me. Now this is a known issue that is present already for years and was already reported multiple times also on 2+2 ;

everytime when a new challenge begins some peope do not have it and it only shows up weeks later. The response of 888 is always that only people who received the email are eligible, sometimes u guys talk about opt-in via email. I received the promotional email and there is nothing under challenges. Please try to finally fix it, its a programming error of some sort.

Hello, I signed up for 888poker less than a month ago, and I've really enjoyed the platform so far. I've been playing in some freerolls and have managed to win a little money. I'm from Brazil, and I'd like to know if it's easy for Brazilian players to withdraw their winnings. If the withdrawal process is straightforward, I plan to take poker more seriously on the platform, including making deposits so I can play in bigger tournaments on 888poker.

The issue is that in their email to me, the support mentioned that they received my description of my situation, and it was accepted. They noted that I can send a document to confirm my address and verification in PDF format to avoid formatting issues and potential changes.
I tried to send the relevant document, but the cashier does not accept PDF format. After sending this document to the email address provided by the support as a backup (in case the cashier does not accept the original), I have not received a response. Today, I tried to send the document again to that address, adding a comment that the discrepancy in the address provided during account creation and the one in the document might be the reason the document has been rejected until now.
I noted that I attempted to make changes, but changing the address in the account is only possible by a support staff member, and I cannot do it myself. Therefore, I kindly ask once again to make the necessary changes and replace the old address with the one provided in the document.
I appreciate your help and understanding.
