can you please help me find the time bank button in the settings? I am struggling to find it and my timebank does not trigger automatically and so I never get to use it. thanks

Hi @dariusgeorge

I use 888 for CardsChat freerolls. I have never changed my time-bank settings; however, if you follow these instructions you should be able to sort yours as you wish.

How can I change my time bank?

Time Bank is active by default; you can change this within "Settings" under the "Game Settings" menu.

Good day, representative of 888! I am forced to reach out to you again for assistance. I received a letter from support and the relevant department at 888 stating that my ID documents confirming my identity have been accepted, but there were issues with the address confirmation document. They are asking for a utility bill, emphasizing that it is important for the address and the dates on the document to be clearly visible. I provided (this is standard procedure: a photo of my passport and a bank statement; the only thing I didn’t consider in my last submission was that the bank statement was in Ukrainian. Now it is in English, and it clearly shows that the statement is issued in my name, with the validity period and address clearly visible). I wrote to support, but a week of waiting makes me think either my letter didn’t catch their eye or they simply ignored its receipt. I have never encountered such a long and exhausting verification process before. Today, I sent the statement again through the cashier, and the documents were uploaded successfully. I ask you to explain to me what is wrong with this document, why similar statements were accepted in four other rooms where I play, and now it is not being accepted.

Most likely late reg closed because the tournament reached the bubble with 7 left and 6 paid.

This morning, I sent a bank statement (in English) through the cashier to confirm my address and complete the verification process, but I received a response once again stating that this statement does not meet the requirements and that I need to provide a utility bill. When I requested an explanation of why the bank statement does not meet the address confirmation requirements, I did not receive a response.
I ask you to explain to me why other sites accept this document, but 888 does not. Why do I have to explain that the utility bills are paid by the landlord, and I only have the opportunity to reside at this address, especially due to the situation in my country with martial law and temporary earnings? I am only temporarily here because I have regular business trips related to my work.

The fact is, I replied to your colleagues regarding the unpleasant email they sent me. However, the email I received did not clearly state the reason for the restriction on receiving bonuses in your poker room. Of course, I’m disappointed that, despite being at Level 78 in your poker room and having “Loyal” status here on the largest poker forum, I’m being restricted without a clear explanation and my letter isn’t being answered.
If the decision was made internally, then I’m unlikely to be able to change your managers’ decision in any way. You don’t need to send any emails to your colleagues. Just ignore my previous email. It’s clear to me that the reason is that I was too successful using the poker room’s bonuses. All the best!
