Now it is in English, and it clearly shows that the statement is issued in my name, with the validity period and address clearly visible). I wrote to support, but a week of waiting makes me think either my letter didn’t catch their eye or they simply ignored its receipt. I have never encountered such a long and exhausting verification process before. Today, I sent the statement again through the cashier, and the documents were uploaded successfully.
