I am not such a good poker player. I rarely win real money and when I do I play the slots and lose it all.
But to come back to 888, I did not play real money or made a deposit on the other name cuz my Mac would not let the software in.
So when I joined CC is when I tried to get that account going again and it did not work.
As I was trying to use the account with the help on chat, all we accomplish was getting Beaug name. So there. I don't like using my credit card on line anymore.

For me, 888poker is a reliable poker platform. 👍

Unfortunately, the casino and sports betting sections are not available to me due to local restrictions, but the poker experience itself has been very positive.

What I particularly like:
  • ⚡ Fast and responsive live customer support
  • 🏆 A large selection of tournaments
  • 💰 Fast and smooth withdrawals
  • 🎯 Good variety of poker games and tournaments
Overall, based on my experience so far, I would definitely consider 888poker a trustworthy option for online poker. The only real downside for me is that some of the other features, such as casino and sports betting, are restricted in my country.

I self-excluded for an indefinite period, thinking I could reopen the account after a year—as is standard with most sites—but I haven't been able to reopen it after about two years.
Sent over for you.

I tried to create an account just now, but I was unable to complete the process after entering my ID number; it indicates that the CPF is already registered.f

What about 888 support? A week ago I sent a bank document that was requested, now they tell me that my account is verified but I only need a bank document, but I already sent them to them 😡🤣
Can you review? Nick amm_je

Probably nothing. They seem to be stalling most withdrawals at the moment. There are a few lucky people, who are allowed to withdraw though, so apparently 888 still have at least some of the money, that players deposited.

Most likely the problem is, that your bank document was not written in russian, and it also did not show a picture of your first dog. These are important requirements for 888, before they can process any withdrawals.

Actually I am now also one of the lucky people, who are allowed to withdraw from 888. 3 weeks ago 888 asked me to upload "a picture of my account statement problems" to a site, where I can not log on, because the site does not accept the swedish Bank-ID. I wrote about this further back in this thread, and it was completely ignored by the 888 Rep.

I send an account statement to their support email instead, but never heard anything from support apart from an autoreply promising, they would get back to me as soon as possible "but please give us 72 hours". But now magically a withdrawal request, I made 3 days ago, has been approved. So fingers crossed that eventually Kirbs69 and ammje will also receive their money.

I used to make withdrawals from 888poker normally, but I admit the verification process was very difficult. It took me years to get everything sorted out so I could withdraw.

What are the currently accepted methods for withdrawals and deposits at 888poker in Brazil?

I never had any problems, when I played there regularly back in 2019-2022. But when coming back after a 4 year long break, depositing around $100 and then requesting a withdrawal of around $130 two weeks later, they send me the email, you can see earlier in this thread. And apparently its common, that they now ask for accounts, that were already verified years ago, to be "reverified".

Why I have no idea. It makes no sense, and asking people to send account statements without any legitimate purpose might even be illegal in the EU for data protection reasons. Its not like, 888 Poker and Casino is a bank processing a loan application, so its none of their business, how much I spend paying my rent or bills or buying groceries for the past 3 month. Yet they still have the audacity to ask for this information, just because I ask to get my own money back.

Its sad, because I really want to like and recommend this site, but they make that impossible with their lack of professionalism and extremely poor customer service. Like what kind of BS is it to ask someone to send a bank document, and then when they do so, tell them, that now everything is fine, but we just need a bank document? Even a comedian could not make up this stuff.

From what people are saying about 888poker, I guess we can only treat it as a place for entertainment and not somewhere to put serious money into

Absolutely true. If they actually send me my money back, as they promised by email today, I dont think, I have the nerve to ever make another deposit there. Its sad, because the software is actually very good now, and it could be a great site with some proper management.

The verification process is government rules to check for money laundering and things like that and if we don't do it properly we get millions in fines so we are only obeying the rules imposed on us.

They’ve done that to me too; I thought it was outrageous. But I’m not sure if it was on 888—it might have been on another site.

Verification is a government requirement yes, and according to your own swedish homepage one of the ways a player can confirm their identify is by logging on with swedish Bank-ID. Which is the only way for us to log on in the first place. So what further verification is the exactly, that you need of an account, that was also verified by sending photo-ID and proff of adress years ago?

No other gambling site ask people to send account statements, and you all operate under the same rules. For instance PokerStars has never asked me to send an account statement, and I have made multible withdrawals there. So this is entirely a decision made by 888. No governments force you to ask for account statements, and it has no legitimate purpose. For all, I know, you might be selling off this information to data brokers to make a bit of money on the side.

And for sure governments also dont require you to not reply to emails send to your customer service, ask people to upload documents to a site, they can not log into or ask for documents, you have already received. Governments do not demand, that you are incompetent, poorly managed, understaffed or a combination of all of this at the same time.

The result of the way, you handle withdrawals from accounts, that are already verified, is a complete loss of trust. If I get my money back, as you promised, I will be extremely hesitant to ever make another deposit, and I will also not be able to recommend 888 to other people. There is just no need for anyone to put money on a site, where its extremely difficult to get it out again, when there are so many other sites to play on.

The thing is that the money that I deposited is received back in 3 days. But the extra money I have earned through freerolls are still being processed after making a second withdrawal.

How long have you been waiting? A withdrawal at 888 might take 1 week+, even when its processed normally. The expected times are shown on their homepage.

They asked me for proof of deposit through Skrill and it turns out that now I have a problem with Skrill, since it is the means by which I deposited, they do not give me the receipts since my Skrill account is blocked or does not work, so what solution do they give me? I think you need a minimum of 1000 tokens to redeem for cash.
