I actually know that this isn't true. There have been some bugs that have been hard to pinpoint, and they're actively working on solutions. They have a really responsive support desk - if you have issues you can contact them at [email protected]. The ladies there will help you out. It does help them when players report issues - it helps with the troubleshooting process. Also -

- try to play on desktop. Preferable with Firefox Browser and add block addon. Their mobile option is terrible.

- try to delete browser cookies if u cant reach the site. This fixed most issues in the past

- dont open game lobbys directly to register or if u do dont leave them open for a long time. Try to register for the game directly via main lobby where all the games are listed.

- If u have problems during the game open the game lobby via ur table window and when its open close that window and open the table again via game lobby.

- If problems persist try different browser.

They are a playmoneysite with no cost to host games. U cant expect instant support. Their main business is selling play money chips on their site and even there I'm pretty sure requests take a while to answer.

These are good tips. A lot of times I find clearing my cache fixes any "stuck" tables, etc. Always try that first.
 
tried all that ,nothing worked, then after 25 -30 minutes it let me in,if it was a freeroll I could care less but when its league it really peeved me off ,never been on any site but this that has no online support,even the most rinky-dinky sites in the early years of poker all had online support,doesn't make me want to ever visit their casino

Yes but even if they would get back at you instantly its not sure that they could fix the issue immediately.

And look, we are not some kind of vip customers there. Only people who buy their play chips bring them money.

If those league games are that important to u try already half an hour before if it works. Maybe use multiple devices to do that. If not follow the troubleshoot steps posted above, especially deleting cookies.

And if it still does not work then it does not work which means doors are closed atm for guests 🤷

Well im not from their support. I explained u what i do to avoid issues and i never got them anymore apart from when replay is down completely.

And u were playing today afaik so not sure what u still intend to fix.

Thanks for creating this support thread! I think it is great to have a direct place where players can ask questions and get help from the Replay Poker team.


Having good communication between the poker room and the community makes the experience better for everyone. I appreciate the effort to support players here on CardsChat and I’m looking forward to learning more about Replay Poker.

It's amazing to me that tournaments don't all go on break at the same time. Why would a site not schedule them together ?

Blind level or not it's frustrating to have staggered breaks .Not sure if they really even last 5 minutes .

Yeah true but do u know the saying "it is what it is?" U can apply it here.
If u need the full 5 minutes so urgently just sitout for 2 minutes. U wont miss much 🤷

We try to offset that by having most of our games set at 9 min blinds, with the break starting at 54 minutes. It's not perfect, but it does help sync up for other sites that do synchronized breaks.

it said a different thing before but i couldn' t capture it...looked like a wonky website, but still what "data" are they transfering???

All the data that is needed for the game to function. Cards, graphics, chips, avatar, table, everything really. 🙂

Every website you visit is transferring data back-forth with your computer.

It could be a lot of things - different browsers, maybe? Screen resolution where it shows on one, but not the other? But bottom line is it's perfectly normal. When you are loading a page, and the little icon is spinning in a circle while the page loads - that's essentially the same thing that's happening there - it's transferring data to be able to load the page.
 
Replay poker is by far the best online play money poker room. Thanks 😊

I like the dark screen, not so crazy about the color scheme they picked for some of the games the games, can anyone read the 2nd from the bottom ?

I have a question about Replay Poker and the CardsChat community games.


I’m currently learning more about the different poker sites available through CardsChat, and I noticed that Replay Poker hosts community freerolls.


For someone who is new to Replay Poker, what would you recommend learning or setting up first? Also, are there any specific features or promotions that new players should know about?


I’m particularly interested in understanding how the CardsChat community games work on Replay Poker and whether there are any requirements for participating.

Yes, they are likely going to change those/brighten them up. There were a few other issues like that that made things hard to read, that have already been fixed.

Replay Poker is a play money site. You can purchase chips to play with, but no real money can be won there.

Our community games and other league games are open to all CardsChat members that meet the requirements. We have community games for Bronze, Silver, and Platinum - you can join each of those leagues once you reach those levels. We do offer prize incentives for our members on our own - you can message me if you would like more details about that. 🙂
