Litte Intervention.

If you see yourself doing something you actually dont want to, so you can keep on playing poker, you might better think about giving yourself a brake.

Alcohol consume also makes yourself play worse, and can lead to some very stupid decisions, you might regret.
(I speak of TILT; MASSIVE TILT)

I can't smoke more then, I already do. I smoke a pack and a half, everyday. I have been cutting back some, normally smoked 2 packs a day. Just glad I am half a pack down. I am trying to get to a pack a day. I hope in a couple of weeks ,I can make it to that. Working hard to try to quit smoking altogether.

There is no pandemic

(it is only in your heads, mass media, etc.) and I walk without a mask all the time, because I live in harmony with mother nature and I am safe

As for the cigarettes, I came back from emigration to Poland and after 12 years I started smoking again hehe, but this is how you started smoking 50/50 joints with tobacco: P As for the same amount, as already mentioned above, 1 cigarette every hour is probably not that bad ?: D

I Am Not Proud Of It, but...

Yes, I do smoke while I play poker... and I do not necessarily think I smoke after a bad beat or a game lost to relieve the stress, but if the game is getting down to the nitty-gritty and things are exciting...well, it tends to be chain-smoking time.

While I’m playing poker online I tend to smoke a good amount of bud while I play at home. Hell I do when I play live whenever I can. That’s just me. Lol
