Which country is going to win the Fifa World Cup?

I think the qualification of the World Cup is highly unbalanced. There are 48 teams. At least 3 teams qualified from a position lower than 75th place on FIFA ranking list (Curacao, Haiti, New Zealanad). Unfortunatelly mid tier soccer teams in the strongest continents like Europe and South America have no chance to qualify. Hungary is in the 42th place now and it's usually around 30-45. But it has no chance since it should beat a very strong team like England, Portugal, Germany at qualification what is impossible... The 2nd place is a chance but then we should win 2 times in a row against same tier teams.
This time Italy (!!!!! 3rd times in a row), Greece, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, Romania, Ukraine and many other very good teams couldnt qualify...

Its a completely new system and I agree there is an argument there that it isn't exactly completely fair

According to the latest odds from international bookmakers, Spain and France are currently the top favorites to win the World Cup.
They give roughly the same odds, around six, to both teams.
England: 7.50 – 8.00 The third favorite based on the strength of the squad.
Brazil: 9.00 Considered the strongest team on the South American continent
They are followed by Portugal and Argentina.
